● Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is shipped via WhatsApp +962776312504 or email hello@lamoonandmore.com.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled, and the Returns Policy applies to them.
2. Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of personal care products that have been opened or used.
We accept returns or exchanges only if the product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or you received a product different from your order — provided you notify us within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and clear photos.
In these cases, we cover the return shipping cost and send the replacement free of charge.
3. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned product, the amount is refunded within 5-10 business days to the same payment method (card or PayPal).
For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund is made via CliQ or as agreed with you.
